This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Foster growth for Westlake’s premium roofing and building products within the designated region

• Cultivate relationships with HOAs, leading roofing contractors, architects, and roofing consultants

• Advocate for Westlake’s roofing solutions, enhance market share, and create new business prospects

• Actively engage and develop connections with customers and key decision-makers

• Identify and secure new opportunities, boost product specification and adoption, and increase wallet share with current accounts

• Establish and sustain a sales pipeline through cold calling, targeted outreach, networking, and strategic account planning

• Present and showcase Westlake’s roofing systems, materials, and value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Keep track of regional market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities

• Provide prompt market feedback to regional and national teams

• Collaborate with Territory Managers, internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams for customer assistance and project execution

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• A minimum of five to seven years of experience in a related role is preferred

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Attention to detail

• Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills

• Proficient presentation skills and comfort speaking in front of groups

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook 365

• Experience using Salesforce

• Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time

• Ability to be away from home for several nights each week

• Capability to spend several hours per day in automobiles

• Must be insurable

• A valid US state driver’s license is essential
