This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Propel the overall growth of Westlake by identifying and securing new opportunities, enhancing product specification and adoption, and increasing wallet share with current accounts.
• Develop and sustain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, targeted outreach, networking, and strategic account planning.
• Present and demonstrate Westlake’s roofing systems, materials, and value propositions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, such as HOAs, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Keep track of regional market trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities in the roofing and HOA sectors.
• Collaborate closely with Territory Managers, internal sales, marketing, and technical support teams to ensure smooth customer support and successful project execution.
• A minimum of five to seven years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
• A motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient presentation skills and the ability to speak comfortably in front of groups.
• Working knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Teams and Outlook 365.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• The role requires an average of 70% travel.
• Must be able to be away from home for several nights per week and spend multiple hours per day in vehicles.
• Insurability and a valid U.S. state driver’s license are mandatory.
