This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with MRI’s key customers within a specified portfolio.
• Emphasize customer retention, pinpoint expansion opportunities, and foster executive-level relationships.
• Ensure clients experience measurable benefits from MRI’s solutions.
• Collaborate across departments with Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to align customer needs with MRI’s capabilities and long-term growth objectives.
• Over 5 years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, customer success, or relationship management in business products or services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent training and experience in business, sales, or account management.
• Preferred experience in the software, SaaS, or real estate sectors.
• Proven history of retaining and expanding strategic customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving or surpassing account growth targets.
• Established ability to forge trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of developing account plans, delivering executive-level presentations, and articulating business value effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, account planning tools, business applications, and the technology ecosystem that supports customer engagement and growth.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to support key customer meetings, executive business reviews, industry events, and account planning initiatives.
• A personal credit card, or equivalent, is required for business expenses, which will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
