• Oversee all facets of Bruker Spatial Biology’s portfolio within designated pharmaceutical and CRO accounts across the US and EMEA regions.
• Formulate multi-year account strategies that align with customer R&D, clinical trial, and operational priorities.
• Identify and assist decision-makers within R&D operations, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Discover expansion opportunities across various therapeutic areas, study phases, or functional groups.
• Spearhead renewals, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Comprehend R&D and drug development workflows.
• Collaborate with scientific, technical, and operational teams.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
• Remain informed about trends in the pharmaceutical and CRO sectors.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management, capital equipment sales, or customer success within the pharmaceutical, CRO, biotech, or life science technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders, characterized by long sales cycles and stringent compliance standards.
• Capability to influence senior leaders in scientific, operational, and procurement roles.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degrees in life sciences and/or business are preferred.
