This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take ownership of and expand a portfolio of key enterprise clients
• Drive organized account planning and conduct Executive Business Reviews
• Recognize and advance opportunities for renewals and expansions
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams to mitigate risks
• Proven experience in managing intricate B2B software accounts
• Strong negotiation skills for multi-year commercial contracts
• Familiarity with structured account management or strategic account methodologies
• Knowledge of how HR and payroll systems serve large organizations
