• Build and sustain robust, executive-level relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Serve as a primary liaison, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration between the customer and our internal teams (such as sales, marketing, product, and support).
• Proactively recognize and resolve customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to strengthen the partnership and establish trust by engaging with top-tier customers at least quarterly.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans that include distinct short-term objectives and long-term aspirations.
• Perform comprehensive analyses of customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to pinpoint opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Spearhead the creation, implementation, and presentation of proposals, business reviews, and innovative solutions that highlight the value of our products and services.
• Propel revenue growth and profitability within designated accounts by identifying and securing additional business opportunities.
• Track, evaluate, and document essential account health metrics (including revenue, customer satisfaction, retention) and provide regular updates to both internal stakeholders and customers.
• Anticipate account performance and expected renewal outcomes, striving to surpass sales and retention targets and objectives.
• Offer insights to product and marketing teams to influence future offerings based on customer needs and market insights.
• At least 8 years of ENTERPRISE sales and/or account management experience.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the capability to initiate, establish, and foster meaningful business relationships over the phone and in person.
• High energy level with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, alongside strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Highly effective communication skills that reflect professionalism in all written, verbal, and in-person interactions.
• Genuine interest and passion for keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices; eager to tackle new challenges continuously.
• Proficient in Salesforce and all MS Office & Google Office applications.
