
Strategic Account Manager – LATAM Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic Arionkoder accounts, fostering their ongoing growth, retention, and expansion.
• Develop and continually refine a Customer Intelligence Profile (CIP) for each account, gathering insights necessary to anticipate needs, highlight expansion signals, and initiate referrals.
• Guide accounts through various phases: from establishing early relationships to achieving full co-ownership, with purpose and discipline.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, based on authentic partnership and long-term vision.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer - relay their feedback, champion their needs, and influence how AK evolves its services and delivery methods.
• Collaborate closely with the Account Delivery Manager, who oversees delivery; while you manage the relationship, together you ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client's business beyond just contract status.
• Identify and activate referral opportunities within your portfolio.
• Proactively monitor account health and address potential risks before they escalate into issues.
• Utilize and maintain HubSpot for portfolio management, CIP tracking, and reporting.
• You possess experience in B2B account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships within technology, AI services, digital product development, or enterprise solutions.
• The three essential attributes: client empathy, technical understanding, and a growth mindset.
• Technical Knowledge: Intermediate technical knowledge, capable of distinguishing between technical profiles and the associated tools and libraries. Up to date with AI trends and able to utilize AI tools to enhance processes.
• Experience managing complex client accounts with annual expenditures exceeding $2M.
• A proven history of organically growing accounts through trust, consistent value delivery, and strategic insight.
• Comfortable in building relationships with executives and technical stakeholders across various industries.
• You can work autonomously while being part of a team - you manage your own portfolio with structure, discipline, and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Analytical and data-driven: you leverage metrics to prioritize efforts, identify expansion signals, and illustrate impact.
