This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Develop and oversee strategic initiatives within designated Key Accounts.
• Identify and establish mutually beneficial programs and engagement protocols among Nordson stakeholders and the Key Account community.
• Formulate, plan, implement, and manage a progressive growth strategy for assigned TOP Customers / Key Accounts throughout the Americas.
• Responsible for account-specific program development and execution.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with Customer contacts and departments that have significant influence and decision-making authority.
• Negotiate and execute Corporate Partnership Agreements that encompass pricing, delivery, and standardized systems and processes.
• Coordinate and provide annual pricing structures.
• Oversee and manage capital projects from their inception to installation.
• Regularly update revenue status against plans, including current revenue, backlog, and proposed opportunities to ensure Revenue Gaps are aligned with the targeted budget.
• Proactively seek opportunities to substitute competitive products with Nordson offerings using the Nordson NBS Customer Success model.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advance KEY account strategies through whitespace fulfillment.
• Develop strong vendor and Customer-centric relationships to sustain existing business and generate additional value-driven revenue.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, or business development is required.
• Preferred 2-4 years of experience in management and/or leading a team.
• Proven experience in specifying dispensing equipment to address issues and create a compelling value proposition.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially SAP, Cloud for Customers (C4C), or Salesforce is preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and experience with SAP is advantageous.
