This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.
• Oversee designated UPS Strategic Accounts and act as the main commercial liaison.
• Implement account strategies that align with customer development timelines, refresh cycles, and approved specifications.
• Assist in specification positioning and ensure platform consistency across batteries, cabinets, and services.
• Achieve set revenue goals while maintaining precise quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within current accounts, including advanced battery technologies and services.
• Collaborate closely with OEM partners, integrators, and internal sales teams to facilitate program execution.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Service teams to guarantee timely and precise delivery.
• Aid in pricing, contract evaluations, and governance for the assigned accounts.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to Sales leadership and Product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6–8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the UPS, data center, or critical power markets.
• Proven experience in managing complex customer relationships involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UPS systems, battery technologies, or critical infrastructure solutions is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Capability to handle lengthy sales cycles and manage multiple concurrent programs.
