This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Create and execute strategies aimed at boosting sales and profitability with strategic customers while managing Corporate accounts and additional assignments.
• Apply strategic and tactical account strategies across various sites and divisions.
• Address the specific needs of designated customers.
• Provide training to districts, branches, and Field Account Managers as necessary.
• Recognize opportunities within assigned accounts and relay those insights to the relevant personnel.
• Foster essential relationships with assigned accounts.
• Coordinate efforts with key suppliers.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in sales, marketing, and/or operations.
• Prior experience as an Account Representative is preferred.
• A 4-year degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with sales, marketing, and operational processes.
• Understanding of financial analysis methods and pricing strategies.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Capability to deliver oral and written presentations to diverse audiences of varying sizes.
• Strategic thinking ability.
• Competence to implement plans on schedule, within budget, and achieve successful outcomes.
• Significant travel is required.
