
Strategic Account Manager – Fault Managed Power

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Serve as the premier "closer" and strategist within the larger sales organization.
• Navigate intricate stakeholder networks—from MEP consultants and general contractors to CTOs—to facilitate the adoption of FMPS.
• Utilize your established professional network to create an independent sales pipeline.
• Proactively identify and eliminate technical, regulatory, and risk barriers associated with the adoption of new technologies.
• Craft and present high-stakes proposals that validate FMPS through TCO analysis.
• Uphold an exemplary level of professional presence as the representative of FMP.
• A demonstrated history of successfully introducing and selling innovative or "new-to-world" technologies.
• 2-5 years of experience in high-level power products (UPS, PDUs, or specialized distribution) and IT infrastructure.
• Outstanding communication skills with the authority needed to influence top-level decision-makers.
• Capability to prospect and close deals independently, without dependence on legacy channel leads.
• A strategic mindset that prioritizes long-term goals over short-term tactics.
• Must have authorization to work full-time in the United States.
