• Serve as the premier "closer" and strategist for the overall sales team.
• Navigate intricate stakeholder landscapes—from MEP consultants and general contractors to CTOs—to promote FMPS adoption.
• Utilize your established professional connections to create an independent sales pipeline.
• Proactively identify and eliminate technical, regulatory, and risk barriers associated with the adoption of new technology.
• Write and present high-stakes proposals that validate FMPS through TCO analysis.
• Maintain an exemplary level of professional presence as the representative of FMP.
• A demonstrated history of successfully launching and selling disruptive or "new-to-world" technologies.
• 2-5 years of experience in high-level power products (UPS, PDUs, or specialized distribution) and IT infrastructure.
• Outstanding communication abilities with the influence necessary to sway decision-makers at the highest levels.
• Capability to prospect and close deals independently, without relying on traditional channel leads.
• A focus on long-term strategic planning rather than short-term tactics.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
