Strategic Account Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement long-term strategic account plans for key clients in the UK & Ireland.

• Establish robust, trust-based relationships with C-Level, IT, OT, Security, and Procurement stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for growth, including cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.

• Acquire new strategic clients in the manufacturing and critical infrastructure sectors.

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting and efficiently manage inbound leads.

• Take ownership of pipeline creation, forecasting, and deal execution throughout all phases of the sales cycle.

• Deliver engaging product and solution demonstrations, both remotely and on-site.

• Clearly articulate value propositions related to OT security, cybersecurity, cyber risk, automation, and digital transformation.

• Monitor the competitive landscape and effectively position AMDT solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Presales, and Product Management teams.

• Ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience across all interactions.

• Provide customer insights to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.

• Fluent or native English speaker.

• Proven track record in developing and scaling strategic or key accounts.

• Experience in at least one of the following: Automotive, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical.

• Relevant background in OT security or cybersecurity environments.

• Understanding of OT environments, cybersecurity concepts, or GRC processes.

• Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, and modern sales enablement tools.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI technologies and tools to enhance efficiency, analysis, and overall performance.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
