• Manage and enhance customer accounts to optimize revenue opportunities: 75%
• Serve as a trusted business partner, fostering valuable relationships that add significance
• Establish successful connections with senior-level clients and key decision-makers
• Ensure the tactical and flawless execution of programs
• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding problem resolution
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the client base
• Engage with decision-makers effectively
• Lead with client solutions, comprehending their ultimate objectives, and providing integrated product solutions
• Utilize data, research, and insights to maintain and enhance revenue opportunities
• Understand how customers allocate their marketing, advertising, and trade/sales budgets
• Offer an appropriate product mix (integrated solutions) to ensure campaign success
• Research, customize, and impart commercial insights to clients
• Negotiate contracts while leveraging internal resources as necessary
• Surpass revenue targets and proactively drive revenue growth by 10%
• Craft a compelling narrative/vision for the customer that challenges their marketing strategies
• Acquire and close accounts of varying complexity levels
• Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting as required by the company: 15%
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Marketing, or Communications; or a comparable combination of education and experience
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in outside sales and/or account management
• More than 5 years of experience in building and sustaining successful client relationships
• Media experience is highly desirable
• Proficient in using data and insights as tools for solution selling
• Capable of identifying and addressing issues and their implications
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple clients while pursuing organic growth opportunities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a willingness to learn new systems
