This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build and nurture customer relationships while driving business growth with Henry Schein’s key strategic and high-profile clients.
• Accountable for the strategy, implementation, and outcomes of the designated strategic accounts.
• Support the development of innovative programs aimed at diversifying Henry Schein’s market presence and enhancing customer partnerships.
• Lead the Henry Schein teams through Request for Proposals (RFPs), contract formulation and negotiations, as well as renewals.
• Generally, 6 to 8 years or more of experience in managing large accounts.
• Proven experience in large account management with comprehensive knowledge of conceptual, strategic, and challenger sales methodologies.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to engage with customer executives and industry leaders.
• Familiarity with dental industry trends related to consolidation and multi-site operations.
• Capacity to influence and enact change through tactical empathy and high emotional intelligence.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a relevant field.
• May possess one or more industry certifications.
