This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• You will assist senior strategists across a range of eCommerce accounts, gaining insights into performance marketing while progressing towards complete account ownership.
• Aid senior strategists in the management of client accounts — participating in calls, taking notes, identifying KPI fluctuations, and learning to interpret the narrative behind the metrics.
• Oversee performance dashboards across various accounts, monitoring essential metrics and highlighting significant changes or potential risks at an early stage.
• Contribute to the creation of client-facing documents — including meeting summaries, performance reports, and strategic suggestions — ensuring they are clear and structured.
• Convert internal channel updates (paid media, creative, CRO, SEO) into organized and easily understandable communications for clients.
• Assist with the onboarding of new clients, helping to document objectives, timelines, and success criteria from the outset.
• Progress towards account ownership — this position is specifically designed as a pathway to becoming a full Account Strategist and eventually an Account Manager.
• Recent college graduate (class of 2023–2025) — all majors are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or owning a project, internship, initiative, or side hustle, with the ability to articulate your contributions effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: you organize your thoughts before expressing them and are concise.
• Comfortable with numbers and eager to understand their implications — while familiarity with ROAS isn't required, a willingness to learn is essential.
• Curiosity about technology and AI — you have explored tools, solved problems independently, and kept up to date with current trends.
• Ambitious and career-oriented — you have a vision for where you want to be in three years and are prepared to work towards that goal.
• Being based in Austin, TX is a significant advantage — if you are local, you will have the opportunity for in-person training with the team.
• Fully remote (Austin, TX preferred for in-person training).
• Health insurance.
• 401(k) with employer matching.
• 3 weeks of combined PTO and sick leave, plus 10 paid holidays.
• $500 quarterly learning stipend.
