This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Creating and implementing a territory strategy aimed at enhancing client retention, upgrading contracts, and promoting the sales of Bullhorn products and services.
• Cultivating and nurturing relationships with C-Level executives within assigned client organizations.
• Recognizing and articulating the strategic, organizational, and financial objectives of the designated clients.
• Formulating and executing account plans and sales initiatives tailored for specific assigned clients.
• Collaborating cross-functionally within Bullhorn to define and implement action plans that enhance and/or optimize the utilization of Bullhorn products and services.
• Keeping account information and contact details up-to-date and accurate within the Bullhorn CRM system for all contacted accounts.
• 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or within the Recruitment Industry.
• A demonstrated history of sales achievements in a B2B sales context.
• Excellent consultative and solution-selling abilities, along with the capability to foster strong business relationships across all organizational levels.
• Enthusiasm for intricate, consultative sales processes, engaging with various decision-makers and stakeholders.
