This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Efficiently and independently oversee customer service responsibilities for a designated portfolio.
• Support the producer in crafting a service plan for significant accounts.
• Handle the renewal process in alignment with agency protocols.
• Negotiate the most favorable renewal terms and conditions for the client.
• Complete account servicing tasks, which include preparing proposals and issuing certificates.
• Timely invoice all premium-related transactions.
• Review policies upon receipt following agency guidelines.
• Swiftly address customers' inquiries and requests for support.
• Relay all essential information to producers, clients, carriers, and agency team members.
• Maintain the electronic account file and fully integrate the agency management system into daily operations.
• Conduct quality reviews as requested by management.
• Engage with and foster effective working relationships with clients and representatives from insurance companies.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Resident Property and Casualty Agent's license.
• 6 years of experience as a Commercial Account Manager or 4 years with a CIC or CISR designation.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively service complex accounts generating over $15,000 in revenue.
• Commitment to pursuing advanced education in insurance.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and all agency automation tools.
• Experience with Applied Epic is preferred.
• Familiarity with departmental workflows and procedures.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both company personnel and external contacts.
