This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Provide sales support for the South Central USA region, encompassing Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri.
• Act as the main point of contact to establish new and lasting relationships with clients.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance account growth by thoroughly understanding clients' objectives and goals.
• Possess the ability to foster client retention and satisfaction across the territory.
• Function as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Keep organized and detailed records of the territory in the Company’s CRM system.
• Represent all assigned product lines during each mill visit.
• Oversee territory forecasts, budgets, and cost management.
• Develop and follow processes and workflows related to account success.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 5 to 10 years of experience in the Pulp and Paper industry.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Previous sales experience and established relationships with customers in the region are preferred.
• Familiarity with the Andritz Stock Preparation and Paper Machine Service product lines is essential.
• Willingness to travel, with 80% of time spent in the field.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks when multiple responsibilities arise.
