This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and direct all aspects of the region.
• Accountable for the sales growth, profitability, listings, and market share of the region.
• Create and implement a strategic plan by effectively leveraging marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and essential personnel.
• Promote sell-through for all SBDK brands and strategic business units.
• Assist dealers with product knowledge, end-user engagement, event marketing, and merchandising.
• Employ systems such as Salesforce and Business Warehouse to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Manage budgets (T&E, Targeted Funds, Demo Tool, etc.) effectively to ensure profitability.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in industrial products or related complex commercial product sales.
• Familiarity and understanding of IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce).
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A willingness to travel both in and out of state is desired.
