This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the automotive electronics sector.
• Merges the management of current accounts with the implementation of global growth strategies.
• Collaborates closely with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers to provide unique adhesive solutions.
• Allocates 20% of time to expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Dedicates 50% of time to acquiring new customers.
• Proficiency in automotive electronics applications such as control units, IVI, ADAS, and related systems.
• In-depth understanding of automotive standards (ISO, IATF) and reliability testing requirements.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to function effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel.
• Preferred STEM degree.
• Practical experience with adhesive technologies, including conformal coatings, thermal management, potting, structural bonding, underfill, and encapsulation materials.
• Fundamental knowledge of legal and European chemical regulations.
• Strong negotiation skills.
