This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee major enterprise accounts and drive revenue growth.
• Accountable for managing existing business while cross-selling and upselling within the same account or across group accounts (large enterprise clients/prospects) including Automation, Consumables, Custom Analytics, etc.
• Conduct strategic account mapping at various levels to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, on the client side.
• Engage in and facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
• Assess business potential, devise, and implement strategies to boost sales and meet targeted goals.
• Establish processes to enhance the quality of deliverables and minimize turnaround times.
• Responsible for resolving conflicts and ensuring compliance regarding client deliverables and revenue.
• Identify client objectives and represent their interests to internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with the project and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to stay informed about project/account status, enabling the identification of potential issues and opportunities.
• Proactively recognize any risks associated with Enterprise accounts.
• Assist in driving customer references and case studies, as well as increasing speaker participation.
• Deliver exceptional account management to existing clients, providing support and keeping them informed about new products and services that could benefit their business.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 4 years in a customer-facing role (customer success or account management) within a SaaS environment.
• A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.
• Domain expertise in analytics, data, databases, or business intelligence is advantageous.
• A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic; self-motivated and resourceful.
• Excellent communication skills, knowing what to say and how to effectively convey it.
• Experience with Digital Marketing products will be considered a plus.
