This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You are responsible for managing the commercial relationships for Siena's most valuable brands, focusing on renewals, expansion, building executive trust, and gaining deep insights into your accounts.
• A deployment strategist will manage product outcomes for the same accounts, and together you form the Siena pod.
• You will hold your accounts accountable for specific, measurable commercial outcomes, including net dollar retention, expansion, and the strength of the executive relationship.
• You will oversee our Growth and Strategic segment accounts, working at the intersection of customer relations, sales, and your deployment strategist.
• Your responsibilities will include leading commercial reviews, executive account mapping, account planning, conducting in-person workshops, account visits, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with your accounts. Moderate travel should be expected.
• A background in startups is essential, particularly in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, where you are comfortable taking on multiple roles.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, customer success management (CSM), or a client-facing commercial role involving technical, complex software solutions.
• Experience in the e-commerce or customer experience (CX) industry is highly preferred, as customers tend to respond better to account managers who understand their language.
• Proven track record of independently renewing and expanding enterprise customers in complex, high-value accounts, taking ownership of the commercial conversation rather than merely supporting it. The minimum requirement includes negotiating at least one deal exceeding $100k.
• Experience in enterprise settings, managing complex organizations and selling to multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with working closely alongside product and engineering teams.
• Ability to analyze usage patterns and competitive landscapes, translating data into actionable strategies for accounts.
• Comfort in operating within fast-moving and evolving environments.
