This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Develop and nurture relationships at the executive level with key decision makers within designated accounts.
• Create impactful proposals tailored to customer requirements, utilizing consumer insights and decision-making criteria through a compelling storytelling method.
• Design and implement strategic joint business planning and reporting for both business partners and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and evaluate insights and analytics to inform and guide business decisions.
• Attain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in customer channels, establishing yourself as a trusted subject matter expert.
• Initiate, oversee, and execute intricate and high-stakes partnership contracts and programs with both current and prospective business partners.
• Perform detailed cost-benefit analyses of significant partnerships to evaluate their potential value.
• Lead teams and collaborate across marketing, category management, digital, finance, and field sales to assess business performance and develop initiatives that can be successfully implemented across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Experience in direct B2B sales or general management within Fortune 500 companies, premium/luxury brands, or the food & beverage sector (8+ years).
• National program management experience (3+ years).
• Experience in complex contract negotiations (3+ years).
• Strong foundational financial acumen.
• Functional understanding of marketing, operations, finance, and competitive strategy.
• Capability to adapt strategies and plans while thriving in an ambiguous environment.
• Knowledge of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and proposal submissions.
• Proficient in distilling complex information into clear and effective communication.
