This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This position involves providing support to clients across various time zones.
• You will take a leading role in expanding our Small and Medium Business Segment!
• Your primary goals will include identifying, responding to, and securing new business opportunities, as well as expanding our presence within existing small to medium business accounts and facilitating the onboarding of these users.
• Develop, nurture, and utilize relationships within your targeted accounts to uncover and drive new business opportunities in your area.
• Strengthen existing connections while forging new ones with key clinical and IT stakeholders.
• Collaborate with your peers in Customer Success to identify new Suki users within the SMB/Groups sector.
• Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns aimed at attracting new users within SMB/Groups accounts.
• Keep an accurate account of your funnel and forecasts in SFDC.
• Manage a portfolio of SMB/Group customers, ensuring successful training and adoption across all segments of Suki users.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues encountered in the field, developing innovative solutions that cater to our customers' needs.
• Ensure that our Group customers are successful with Suki’s products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within assigned accounts to guarantee high customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to solid renewals and growth opportunities.
• Transform insights gained from user training into periodic business reviews and engage customers on opportunities for increased usage and value in our partnership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience selling complex Healthcare IT SaaS to Healthcare Executives within small and medium-sized hospital systems, boutique clinics, and co-ops.
• At least 5 years of customer-facing experience in healthcare SaaS (preferably in provider, PBM, Enterprise, or payer interfaces).
• Proven experience in managing customer escalations, executive summaries, and delivering presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to devise strategies for converting competitive accounts.
• A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, or about a week per month.
• Technical proficiency in cloud services, EMR integration, and an understanding of SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity and proficiency with Salesforce and Marketing CRMs.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
