This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives within your designated territory.
• Develop and showcase CAD visuals (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Manage marketing and ensure the fulfillment of sales pipeline/productivity metrics according to the Company sales guidelines.
• Identify consumer leads and sales opportunities through B2B2C channels and consumer networks.
• Stay informed as a product and solutions specialist.
• Guarantee a top-notch customer experience by attending all relevant installations.
• Work collaboratively with various business functions to deliver Total Wellness Solutions.
• Partner with finance for proactive collection of customer credit.
• Oversee CRM and quotation tool management, ensuring clean and up-to-date market data.
• Conduct weekly pipeline management reviews to optimize conversion rates (refuse to lose) and provide accurate forecasts.
• Research and report on market, segment, and territory trends.
• Minimum of 3 years' sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience in managing complex sales deals and selling solutions.
• Proficient in consultative selling methods and negotiation techniques.
• Tenacious prospector and business developer.
• Understanding of fitness product usage and its physiological advantages.
• Strong background with CRM software (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage).
• Proficient in social media, IT, and digital skills.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Driven by results and possesses a 'refuse to lose' mentality.
• Exhibits passion and optimism.
• A collaborative team player.
• Independent, organized, and a curious problem solver.
