This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Initiating and expanding strategic partnerships in India that enhance user growth, distribution, and adoption of OpenAI’s consumer and B2B solutions.
• Establishing and overseeing long-term strategic alliances in India, acting as the primary relationship manager and strategic leader.
• Identifying and implementing market-specific growth initiatives such as bundled offerings, embedded distribution, platform integrations, and co-developed product experiences.
• Shaping collaborative product strategies with partners by aligning roadmaps, defining mutual priorities, and unlocking new use cases tailored to regional demands.
• Structuring, negotiating, and managing intricate partnership agreements from inception to launch and scaling, ensuring both commercial and strategic alignment.
• Creating and managing governance frameworks with partners through regular strategic reviews, executive sync meetings, and performance assessments.
• Defining success metrics and monitoring impact across growth, adoption, engagement, and partner performance, while communicating results to senior leadership.
• 12+ years of experience in product partnerships, strategic partnerships, or business development within the technology or digital ecosystem.
• Proven track record in driving growth and distribution partnerships in India.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and scale partnerships that yield measurable growth and adoption.
• Strong experience in negotiating and structuring complex agreements that involve product integration, commercial strategy, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of India’s market dynamics and the ability to customize partnership strategies to local contexts.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with a talent for cross-functional collaboration and influencing at senior levels.
• A self-motivated, highly adaptable mindset with the capability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
