This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full commercial ownership of a specified group of National and Broadline industrial distributor accounts, concentrating on revenue enhancement and market growth.
• Actively seek out, pursue, and finalize new growth opportunities within current distributor networks.
• Formulate and implement robust account growth strategies aimed at increasing wallet share and diminishing competitive influence.
• Spearhead the introduction of new products, conversions, and the acquisition of competitors' market share.
• Lead collaborative strategic business planning with distributors, establishing growth objectives and accountability through an MBR/QBR process.
• Negotiate pricing, programs, and commercial agreements to secure business while safeguarding profitability.
• Work cross-functionally to harness internal resources that expedite execution and eliminate growth hindrances.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
• Keep updated on account performance indicators, including revenue trends, SKU penetration rates, inventory turnover, POS velocity, and search ranking positions.
• Leverage CRM analytics, POS data, and market insights to pinpoint white space opportunities, underperforming SKUs, and targets for category SKU expansion within each account.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B industrial or MRO sales.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth through national or broadline distribution channels.
• Strong grasp of industrial distribution business models.
• Proven hunter mentality with a history of surpassing targets.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics.
