This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within Managed Edge Services, encompassing equipment support, device lifecycle management, and managed print solutions.
• Develop a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, industry networking, and engagement with organizations that operate across multiple locations.
• Present compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate business value, service capabilities, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Lead contract negotiations and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
• Foster strong relationships with assigned customers to guarantee service satisfaction and promote long-term retention.
• Create customized upsell and cross-sell strategies based on the specific needs of each account.
• Identify opportunities for expansion in distributed environments.
• Assist in renewal processes through insightful conversations that emphasize operational impact, ROI, and service value.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline, account details, and forecasting within HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with internal operations, service delivery, and technical teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and support performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer environments, and industry shifts to tailor sales strategies for edge-device and print-fleet solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand awareness and stimulate new business opportunities.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, demonstrating proven success in new business development and account expansion.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience showcasing strong skills in sales and client development.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and contemporary sales enablement tools.
• Exceptional prospecting, presentation, persuasive, and negotiation skills, with the capacity to manage both long-cycle and short-cycle opportunities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as business needs dictate.
• A valid driver's license in good standing.
