This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing both everyday and overarching challenges and opportunities while maximizing their ROI with Sardine.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product, technology, and strategy, and effectively communicate these elements to customers.
• Simplify complex product and technology issues into clear, actionable solutions, managing the solution process internally and externally.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on best practices concerning fraud and compliance.
• Establish, track, and relay KPIs to clients.
• Conduct strategic analysis and apply critical thinking as we strategize for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Sardine's risk analytics teams to proactively address new fraud patterns and communicate findings to clients.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS, with knowledge of customer API integration.
• Expertise in compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC.
• Exceptional analytical skills; adept at data analysis and extracting insights.
• Proficient in utilizing business intelligence tools.
• Skilled at converting complex strategies into actionable processes and results.
• Naturally talented in building relationships and collaborating with teams.
• Strong presentation abilities for both virtual and in-person meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with a technical product.
• Outstanding project management capabilities, effectively synthesizing various inputs and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
