This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Take on a leadership role within assigned accounts, offering overall guidance to cross-functional internal and external team members as necessary.
• Manage each designated strategic customer as a business partnership on behalf of Sanofi.
• Develop a strategic account plan for assigned accounts and coordinate the deployment of suitable resources within Sanofi.
• Drive revenue generation through partnerships with Sanofi’s largest and most intricate customers.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s business, including pressures and motivators, strategic objectives, and the healthcare landscape.
• Identify and assess high-value opportunities within their accounts by formulating and implementing growth strategies.
• Conduct business coaching and strategic sessions with account teams to promote value co-creation.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Over 5 years of experience in field sales or account management.
• Extensive knowledge of health system business, decision-making processes, and market trends.
• Proven track record of translating health system market insights into strategic plans with internal stakeholders.
• Broad field sales experience with a demonstrated history of success in engaging with P&T committees, decision-makers, and influencers in Hospitals, Health Systems, IHNs, and other large organized customers.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, be eligible for insurance coverage, and be capable of safely operating a vehicle.
