This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise accounts, fully accountable for revenue retention and growth.
• Develop and implement multi-year account strategies that align with customer goals and company growth objectives.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive meetings to ensure alignment on customer business outcomes and value delivery.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of customer operations and pinpoint AI-driven opportunities for streamlining and transforming their business processes.
• Advise enterprise clients on AI initiatives and relevant business use-cases for integrating AI agents to meet their organizational goals.
• Foster expansion, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities within existing accounts, engaging various departments and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for your clients.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize expansion opportunities across different business units.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling with a focus on strong ROI positioning.
• Navigate complex negotiations and ensure successful deal execution.
• Build relationships with internal champions and establish multi-thread connections.
• Manage the complete renewal process, including forecasting and closing deals.
• Detect potential churn risks early and implement proactive mitigation plans.
• Articulate clear business value to facilitate renewals.
• Oversee structured onboarding processes with cross-functional teams to guarantee rapid time-to-value.
• Track adoption rates and proactively address any gaps before they escalate into risks.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, R&D, and Product teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable insights for product improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to promote a customer-centric culture.
• Assist in creating repeatable playbooks for onboarding, QBRs, and renewals.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within the enterprise SaaS sector.
• Demonstrated success as a quota carrier with clear accountability for retention and expansion.
• Experience managing intricate enterprise accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities, with the ability to operate independently and drive commercial outcomes from start to finish.
• Executive presence complemented by excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and their application in enterprise settings.
