This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
• Create customized strategic account plans that encompass growth objectives, customer-specific strategies, and market insights.
• Foster and enhance robust, trustworthy relationships with clients through proactive support, timely solutions, and consistent communication.
• Spearhead collaboration among various departments (sales, marketing, product development, engineering, customer support) to meet customer demands and REHAU goals.
• Track and report on account performance metrics, revenue projections, and overall business health to both internal stakeholders and clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities to provide strategic advice.
• Lead negotiations, renewals, and the execution of contracts with advantageous terms.
• Develop and maintain profiles of key builders, including decision-makers, go-to-market strategies, and installer collaborations.
• Enhance contractual agreements with targeted national and regional builders in line with business growth strategies.
• Assist field sales by guiding the development of contractor relationships and establishing agreements between installers and builders.
• Maintain and expand OEM customer profiles, including decision-makers and needs assessments.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic sales/account management, preferably within the plumbing/hydronics sector or a technical/wholesale sales environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of hydronic and plumbing systems.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical capabilities and business insight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the plumbing/hydronics sector is preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time to customer locations and industry events.
