This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You serve as the primary link between product, customers, and revenue.
• You take an active role in managing the success of your accounts, focusing on expansion revenue (upselling & cross-selling), net revenue retention (reducing churn & renewals), customer success, and product adoption.
• Instead of selling "features," you pinpoint data-driven levers that generate genuine business impact for your clients.
• You are responsible for a designated portfolio of customers, working to grow it in alignment with specific revenue targets.
• You proactively pursue upsells, cross-sells, and contract renewals based on usage data and performance metrics.
• You evaluate KPIs such as subscription durations, candidate performance, interview counts, and hires to inform actionable insights.
• You conduct structured calls with decision-makers, showcasing how they can achieve their hiring objectives more effectively with ProviPanda.
• 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, technology sales, or account management.
• Preferably in a B2B, recruiting, or HR tech context.
• Strong proficiency in numerical analysis and KPI interpretation.
• You think in terms of metrics such as NRR, conversion rates, and pipeline management.
• A sense of commercial ownership.
• You assume responsibility for revenue generation, not merely for maintaining relationships.
• Consultative selling capabilities.
• You are adept at challenging and advising customers and can communicate effectively at the decision-maker level.
• Structured and execution-focused.
• You operate in a data-driven manner, with clear prioritization and swift execution.
• Performance-based compensation structure.
• Base salary plus uncapped commission on the revenue you oversee.
