This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Cultivate enduring, high-level relationships with a designated portfolio of customers within the assigned territory.
• Maintain ongoing communication with executive leadership, distributors, sales management, and key stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between customers and cross-functional internal teams to guarantee prompt delivery of solutions.
• Responsible for all business results pertaining to European operations and accounts.
• Function as a detail-oriented, results-driven team member with strong problem-solving skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Report directly to the Executive Director of Global Sales & Marketing.
• Contribute as a member of the company’s sales team.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales-related or customer-facing role.
• At least 5 years of experience in one of the following areas: Used Oil Analysis (OCM), Fluid Analysis, Lubricants Industry, Condition Monitoring, Maintenance/Reliability, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Additional proficiency in European languages is advantageous.
• Exceptional presentation abilities.
• Capable of managing customer expectations and enhancing overall satisfaction.
• Create territory Sales Plans and forecasts.
• Generate leads and oversee the customer onboarding process.
• Drive sales growth within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., salesforce.com).
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings and industry events.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet both internal and external deadlines as required.
