This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop long-term account strategies that include distinct growth initiatives, value propositions, and timelines for activities.
• Facilitate the creation of a sales pipeline while promoting cross-selling and upselling of various products and services.
• Serve as the main senior point of contact; manage escalations and intricate negotiations.
• Take responsibility for revenue, margin, and retention goals; ensure accurate forecasting.
• Generate management information on pipeline status, conversion rates, product distribution, pricing strategies, and churn risk.
• Background in commercial insurance account management, preferably with experience handling larger or more complex clients.
• Solid understanding of general insurance products and market dynamics.
• Effective communicator, skilled in establishing strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
