This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
β’ Your Career: The Strategic Account Manager collaborates with our clients to enhance their overall digital experience.
β’ You will take the lead in establishing and nurturing new relationships with our top revenue-generating clients.
β’ You will manage and facilitate intricate sales processes, coordinating with our internal teams to provide optimal service to the customer.
β’ Your expertise in consultative selling will help pinpoint business challenges and develop tailored solutions for our clients.
β’ Establish clear objectives and ensure precise forecasting by creating a comprehensive territory plan.
β’ Remain informed about industry developments and trends, and how they impact Palo Alto Networks products and services.
β’ Travel as needed within your designated territory and attend company-wide meetings.
β’ Familiarity and experience with SaaS-based architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors.
β’ Proven track record in selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or utilizing consultative sales strategies.
β’ Technical proficiency in understanding how technology products and solutions address business challenges.
β’ Ability to identify issues, analyze data, determine root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with our channel partners to implement a channel-focused go-to-market strategy for our clients.
β’ Possess comprehensive knowledge of the complete sales cycle and the capability to adhere to a structured sales process.
β’ Able to adopt a holistic approach to problem-solving by recognizing the broader context and considering intricate interrelationships and outcomes.
β’ Strong time management abilities, with a capacity to work independently and with self-direction.
