This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage comprehensive relationships with 3 to 5 key enterprise accounts.
• Develop and implement account growth strategies for the Morpho product suite.
• Organize and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with customer CFOs.
• Navigate intricate institutional requirements, including legal, risk, KYC, and compliance.
• Serve as the strategic voice of the customer within Morpho.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience managing strategic enterprise accounts at a leading infrastructure or fintech organization.
• Strong executive presence when engaging with VP Product, CFO, and CRO at companies valued over $1B.
• Extensive experience in navigating complex enterprise contracts that encompass governance, regulatory, compliance, and technical clauses.
• Technical expertise in enterprise systems and blockchain infrastructure.
• Proven track record of success in multi-product expansion.
• Comfortable working with institutional crypto counterparties.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent and concise asynchronous communication skills across different time zones.
• Team-oriented mindset with a low ego.
