This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the current portfolio and resolve client satisfaction concerns.
• Enhance existing relationships by being the primary contact for clients.
• Analyze client business trends across all solutions and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Oversee client renegotiations and conduct profitability analyses.
• Formulate and implement business growth and profitability strategies for each assigned account.
• Inform assigned clients about regulatory changes and new requirements.
• Ensure accuracy of systems related to the current account base.
• Create and deliver client presentations and reports.
• Foster client development and strengthen relationships through office visits and presentations.
• Collaborate with relevant subject matter experts and internal resources to address client inquiries.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce.com is highly preferred.
• Associate's Degree or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred.
