This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with designated strategic accounts through consistent customer interaction and account management efforts.
• Act as a reliable advisor by comprehending customer challenges and pinpointing solutions that meet their business requirements.
• Enhance account retention by assisting clients in achieving their internal goals and desired business results.
• Identify and implement cross-selling and upselling opportunities to boost account revenue.
• Set customer-specific success objectives and ensure effective onboarding experiences.
• Track account health, customer engagement, and product utilization to guarantee quick value realization and long-term satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding customer support.
• Develop engaging presentations and utilize data analysis to convey value and recommendations to clients.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience managing strategic or enterprise-level accounts in a B2B context.
• Strong expertise in customer relationship management, account renewals, as well as cross-selling and upselling.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, strategic workforce planning, HR, or HR technology is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven capacity to collaborate across teams and effectively manage multiple priorities.
