This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement both short-term and long-term account strategies aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and risk management.
• Take ownership of annual sales, margin, and volume performance for designated accounts.
• Spearhead pricing and margin strategies, including customer negotiations leveraging value-based selling techniques.
• Foster new business development through structured prospecting and the identification of strategic opportunities.
• Maintain a comprehensive, proactive sales pipeline to facilitate long-term growth and diversification.
• Act as a strategic ally to customers by offering insights on market trends and industry dynamics.
• Collaborate with R&D, technical services, and marketing departments to support trials, new customer acquisition, and commercialization efforts.
• Work in partnership with distribution channels to align strategies and promote joint growth initiatives.
• Optimize the portfolio mix, pricing, and volume to achieve commercial objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales (marketing or technical experience may also be considered).
• Demonstrated capability to proactively engage customers and achieve results in a growth-focused environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and rapidly acquire technical product knowledge.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on the assigned territory.
