This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate a seamless transition post-sale, define clear success metrics, and promote value realization.
• Actively manage the renewal pipeline and communicate the ROI of Flashpoint solutions.
• Discover and assess new use cases, services, and Flashpoint products to enhance value within the account.
• Continuously monitor engagement, satisfaction, and proactively address indicators of potential risk or dissatisfaction.
• Maintain consistent communication with key decision-makers to reinforce the value of the partnership.
• A demonstrated history in strategic account management, customer success, or consultative sales within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proficiency in managing intricate customer relationships, securing renewals, and driving organic growth within large enterprise accounts.
• A strong commitment to assisting companies in safeguarding their customers, employees, and infrastructure from cyber and physical threats.
• An eagerness not only to manage accounts but also to take ownership of expansion and renewal deals until closure.
