β’ Maintain ongoing communication with key decision-makers to emphasize the value of the partnership.
β’ Demonstrated success in strategic account management, customer success, or consultative sales in the B2B SaaS sector.
β’ Proficiency in managing intricate customer relationships, ensuring renewals, and fostering organic growth within large enterprise accounts.
β’ A strong commitment to assisting companies in safeguarding their customers, employees, and infrastructure from cyber and physical threats.
β’ An eagerness not only to manage accounts but also to take ownership of expansion and renewal deals to finalize.
