• Drive post-deal partner management, encompassing sales planning, Ethos offering adoption, and growth management.
• Track and sustain account performance utilizing data-driven metrics.

• Anticipated travel of approximately 5 days per month.
• Experience with Network Marketing Organizations.
• Minimum of 5 years in Life Insurance distribution.
• Proven sales development experience to enhance sales growth through newly acquired distribution relationships with downline sub-agencies and agents.
• Knowledge of competitive product and operational value chains to articulate Ethos’ key differentiators and advantages.
• Ability to create a value proposition tailored to partner needs and sell suitable solutions for each situation.
• Capability to oversee partnership onboarding, integration, and relationship management to ensure successful collaborations.
• Aptitude for optimizing sales processes and integrations.
• Proficiency in designing and executing account growth rollout plans (e.g., integration strategies, enablement initiatives, co-marketing efforts) with key stakeholders across the partner organization.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive adoption among the agent force.
• Strong interpersonal skills to identify and deliver comprehensive solutions for diverse partner requirements.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Self-motivated with the capability to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment.
• Marketing and/or consumer sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in scaling and optimizing enterprise partnerships and accounts is preferred.
• Tech-savvy with a forward-thinking perspective on insurtech and fintech opportunities within a mature industry.
