This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding medium and large national strategic accounts.
• Identify key stakeholders and outline sales processes to create effective strategies that achieve and surpass sales objectives.
• Discover and nurture new opportunities within current medium and large national strategic accounts.
• Ensure that proposals, contract terms, and pricing are in line with Essity’s financial goals.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer advocacy.
• Inspire and assist sales teams by sharing best practices and compelling business cases.
• Negotiate contracts and strategically position products in comparison to competitors.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges through effective questioning and active listening.
• Collaborate with regional sales managers and marketing teams to achieve sales targets.
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences (nursing, medicine, physiotherapy, etc.).
• Financial acumen is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI at an advanced level.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in autonomy, time management, prioritization, and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
