This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.
• Lead the strategic growth of Essity in the long-term and short-term care institution sector in Latvia.
• Establish and enhance relationships with key decision-makers, healthcare professionals, and institutional stakeholders.
• Provide practical product training, educational sessions, and presentations for both internal teams and external healthcare audiences.
• Support and further enhance our educational platform through seminars, lectures, podcasts, and various training formats.
• Develop and refine educational materials that improve quality, broaden outreach, and simplify learning for participants.
• Assist in product evaluations and testing initiatives that showcase quality and clinical value.
• Create and implement a value-based purchasing strategy.
• Safeguard and expand the current customer base while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Engage actively in public tenders and national procurement processes within the care sector.
• Play a vital role in the overall development of Essity Health & Medical in Latvia as a key specialist in the market.
• Knowledge of the long-term and short-term care market in Latvia, including its structure, key stakeholders, and decision-making processes.
• Relevant connections or credibility within the care, healthcare, or institutional sectors.
• A background in health, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, business management, or a related field.
• Organized, commercially focused, and capable of translating strategy into action.
• Confident in public speaking and adept at delivering engaging training sessions, lectures, and presentations.
• Proficient in process development and able to create smarter, scalable working methods.
• Comfortable navigating tenders, account development, and collaborating across functions.
• Possesses a Category B driving license and is willing to travel within Latvia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools for daily tasks.
• Experience in healthcare sales, education, tendering, or institutional account management will be viewed as a significant advantage.
