This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Drive the expansion of a portfolio of medium to large strategic accounts throughout NSW, fostering robust partnerships and ensuring sustainable commercial success.
• Formulate targeted sales strategies aimed at enhancing key accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with decision-makers and discover new opportunities.
• Lead assertive, value-focused discussions regarding contracts.
• Assist the sales team by sharing best practices and valuable insights.
• Stay informed on customer requirements, market trends, and competitive activities.
• Leverage insights and data to uphold a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
• Provide precise reporting and forecasting to aid in planning efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during quarterly business reviews.
• Work closely with wholesale partners on promotional activities and channel execution.
• Maintain a strong discipline in CRM and sales processes.
• Partner with various teams on wider business initiatives.

• Over 5 years of sales and account management experience with key pharmacy groups.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sustainable, profitable sales within the health or medical sector.
• Strong background in contract management, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to utilize data for informed decision-making.
• Capability to influence without direct authority and collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and supply chain functions.
• A growth-oriented mindset with the foresight to anticipate market changes and convert insights into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, including the skill to influence senior leaders and Key Opinion Leaders.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Willingness to travel regionally as required (6 trips every 6 weeks to Canberra, Orange, and the Blue Mountains).
• Existing relationships with senior customers or pharmacy banner groups are highly valued.
• Experience in wound care, orthopaedics, or compression products will be regarded favorably.
