📋 Description

• Oversees the commercial advancement of glycine-based leaching solutions for the mining sector through the sale of technology usage licenses.

• Positions glycine as a cutting-edge, effective, and environmentally friendly alternative to conventional mineral extraction methods.

• Identifies business prospects, forges strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders, and finalizes commercial agreements that promote the adoption of this technology in mining operations.

• Collaborates closely with technical, regulatory, and innovative teams to ensure that the solutions meet customer requirements and market standards.

• Develops and executes the commercial strategy for the sale of glycine licenses; formulates sales plans, establishes targets, and defines market coverage areas.

• Advocates for glycine technology as a sustainable alternative for leaching processes at industry trade shows, conferences, and technical forums to enhance visibility and encourage adoption.

• Coordinates with technical and support teams to ensure effective implementation; facilitates communication between clients and technical departments for pilot testing and scaling.

• Tracks market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes; prepares commercial intelligence reports and strategic recommendations.

• Maintains robust relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders; conducts regular site visits, post-sales follow-ups, and manages strategic accounts.

• Reports on results, KPIs, and action plans to senior leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree and professional license in Chemical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience, with a proven track record in technology licensing, new market development, and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the mining industry.

• A strategic mindset and strong commercial vision, results-driven, with a strong aptitude for understanding technical concepts, leadership abilities, and a high degree of autonomy.

• A deep passion for innovation and sustainability, along with commercial acumen and an analytical mindset.

• Knowledge of leaching processes; extensive expertise in mineral extraction techniques, specifically glycine leaching, cyanide leaching, and other chemical alternatives.

• Proficiency in structuring, negotiating, and managing licensing agreements, covering legal, financial, and operational aspects.

• Ability to interpret industry trends, pinpoint commercial opportunities, and evaluate the feasibility of introducing new technologies.

• Experience in consultative selling of complex industrial solutions, focusing on return on investment, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

• Familiarity with local and international regulations impacting the use of chemical reagents in mining, including safety and environmental standards.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
