This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated strategic and enterprise-level clients
• Cultivate a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, challenges, and requirements
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior executives, including C-suite stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding account value
• Drive account renewals and proactively address churn risks
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with company policies
• Ensure clients derive maximum value from our products and services
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues
• Lead executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic account planning sessions
• Maintain accurate records of account activities using CRM tools
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support campaigns and lead generation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or B2B sales (preferably with enterprise-level clients)
• Experience in Multifamily or Smart Building industries (Building Intelligence, PropTech) is essential
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal and expansion goals
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Capability to manage multiple accounts with diverse needs and priorities
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce (required), HubSpot, and data analysis for account performance
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B solutions is preferred.
