This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Build and nurture relationships with current clients, serving as a trusted advisor for Cority.
• Actively promote and sell Cority products within your established client network.
• Engage in or lead quarterly business reviews with your clients.
• Identify key contacts for all product lines within your client portfolio.
• Manage incoming requests from clients, such as adding new modules, users, and upgrades.
• Conduct product demonstrations upon request.
• Provide quotes and modify agreements and service estimates as necessary, with support from the Consulting group.
• Collaborate with the consulting group to discover new sales opportunities.
• Ensure accurate client data is maintained in Salesforce.
• Travel as needed to build and sustain relationships with accounts, including both clients and business development partners.
• Implement and oversee programs for channel and strategic partners in designated territories.
• Carry out market research projects as assigned.
• Assist with European sales opportunities as needed, both onsite and remotely.
• Deliver product demonstrations upon request (via Microsoft Teams/Zoom and in-person).
• Participate in industry trade shows and conferences as requested.
• Familiarity with Cority software is an advantage.
• A university degree in business or comparable work experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is necessary.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• Confidence in demonstrating the Cority application is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
